In July 1996 E.C, the company officially started its operation by obtaining an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority. The company’s stakeholders were Mr. Seid Hussien Ali Al Amoudi, Mr. Hasen Hussien Ali Al Amoudi and Mr. Abdullah Hussien Ali Al Aomudi. The company is pioneer private company in the field of the aviation industry in our country.

Trans Nation Airways has gone through various processes since its establishment in 1995 E.C and is currently in the process of change, since April 2012 E.C; it has been working with MIDROC
