Ethio-Libya was transferred from the government to the National Mining Corporation on March 18, 1993 G.C The company founded as National Mining Corporation Private Share Company by Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al-Amoudi and Sheikh Hassen Hussein Ali Al-Amoudi in 1996 G.C. On March 1, 2015 G.C, it acquired a state-owned enterprise: Ethiopian Marble Processing Enterprise, through a bid of Birr 110,000,000.

The paid up capital of the company was Birr 43,000,000 (forty three million birr) in 1994 G.C, and this capital has grown from year to year and in 2001;
